38th Community Welfare Festival
October 18, 2026
This event aims to deepen understanding and interest in welfare by offering hands-on activities such as trying wheelchairs and eye masks, introducing local welfare facilities, stage performances by volunteer groups from inside and outside the city, and food stalls selling treats like taiyaki and yakisoba. Bring your family and friends and experience welfare up close.
