2026 Autumn/Winter Wood Stove Day Experience at Asagiri Plateau
November 23–27, 2026
A day event for those new to winter camping or wood stoves. Over about five hours, participants will get hands-on experience with stove setup, lighting a fire, arranging firewood, adjusting airflow and heat, setting up inside a tent, handling ash and soot, and packing up. Ideal for those who are not ready to stay overnight or who want to try out a stove before buying one.
