A hands-on event where families can learn about and make festival dango for the traditional moon viewing celebration. Participants will learn the history of the Harvest Moon festival, how to arrange offerings, and about different types of dango from around Japan (lecture), followed by making two styles of dango: traditional moon viewing dango from the Kanto region and mitarashi dango. Each child may be accompanied by one adult.
