A collaboration afternoon tea between Sumida Aquarium, home to about 260 species of marine life, and Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo. The third edition features themes of Edo and Ogasawara, with playful menus inspired by iconic aquarium creatures and fantastical exhibits. Enjoy goldfish jelly with milk ice inspired by the Edo Rium goldfish tank, and soup curry using ingredients related to the Ogasawara Islands with Japanese accents. A special drink featuring melon jelly and strawberry jelly shaped like goldfish offers a refreshing touch.
