Yokohama Sweet Potato Expo 2026
The Yokohama Sweet Potato Expo 2026 (横浜おいも万博2026) runs October 9-13, 2026 at the Event Plaza of the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse in Kanagawa Prefecture. The autumn food festival, sponsored by Calbee Inc., features roasted sweet-potato tasting comparisons and evolving sweet-potato desserts from more than 30 vendors from across Japan. Each day is split into four 105-minute sessions between 10:00 and 17:45, and the event runs rain or shine. Admission is 500 yen in advance or 700 yen on the day, with free entry for preschool-age children.
