This exhibition looks back on the 20-year history of the Hakemi Museum, featuring highlights from past exhibitions and selected masterpieces from the museum’s collection. On the second floor, a special 'It’s the 20th Anniversary, Meow!' display introduces cat-themed works by Kenichi Nakamura. The exhibition also brings together the 'Kenichi Cat' by Tsuguharu Fujita—who was a close friend of Nakamura—and the 'Tomiko Cat', which Nakamura painted in the image of his beloved wife, shown together as a pair.
