The second day of a two-day Martha Argerich series, titled "Chopin and His Asia," explores Chopin's influence across Asia through collaborative performances. Argerich plays alongside Japanese and Korean pianists Akane Sakai, Dong-Hyek Lim and Kaoruko Igarashi. The program centers on Chopin's mazurkas, ballades and polonaise, and also includes two world premieres, Mozart's sonata for two pianos and Ravel's La Valse.
