Coinciding with the Yachimata Grand Festival, around 300 art pieces by elementary and junior high school students will be displayed at about 25 locations mainly around the south exit shopping street of Yachimata Station. Junior high school art club exhibitions will be held at three venues including the Yachimata City Central Community Center. A street piano painted by the junior high art club can be played at Yachimata Station (Piano No.1), and another at the Community Center (No.3), while a mobile street piano (No.4) will be seen at various locations in the city. At the Chamber of Commerce Gallery Takudo, there will be a collaborative exhibition between junior high students and illustrator Kae Tanaka. Admission is free at all locations, and free maps are available at participating shops.
