Jomo Electric Railway was established on May 27, 1926 with the aim of contributing to the development of towns and villages at the southern foot of Mount Akagi. The entire line between Chuo Maebashi and Nishi Kiryu opened on November 10, 1928. This exhibition celebrates the railway's 100th anniversary by tracing its history through a collection of documents (including reproductions), photographs, signs, and other railway-related materials from its founding to the present day.
