As a summer holiday special, the renowned 'fiery chef' Kin Manpuku will host a children's cafeteria at Sankoin Temple, a Buddhist nunnery. While the temple holds monthly snack lunches for children, this is the second special event this year led by Kin Manpuku in the kitchen. Last time, favorites like dumplings and sweet-and-sour dishes were served—all prepared with vegetarian ingredients in keeping with the temple's traditions (no meat or fish). This time, the popular menu returns as a buffet. Adults cannot attend alone; food is for children only.
