The Yamagata-juku Imoni Festival features a giant 3.5-meter pot used to cook imoni stew. Local ingredients such as Okukuji game chicken and taro root are used to prepare a special version of Yamagata's signature imoni dish, all cooked in one large batch. Enjoy a fun-filled day and savor the flavors of this traditional stew.
