Experience yoga and stretching with an instructor from Takatsu Sports Center. The first session is for adults caring for children in elementary school or younger, focusing on self-care and relaxation. The second session is a fun, active time for elementary school children and their guardians to move together. Childcare for infants six months and up to preschool age is available in a separate room during the first session.
