Few symphonies convey the power of music like Beethoven’s Ninth. Its captivating emotional impact remains unmatched. Beethoven, who deeply admired the German poet and thinker Schiller, spent about 30 years bringing Schiller’s poem ‘Ode to Joy’ to life as what became his greatest masterpiece. This performance, filled with the dramatic struggle and radiant hope that define Beethoven’s genius, will showcase the orchestra’s dedication and passion. Don’t miss this moving tribute to humanity and hope.
