The Tokaichi Festival is a rake market held in conjunction with the extensive 12-day Otamatsuri celebration at Musashi Ichinomiya Hikawa Shrine. The festival spans from November 30 to December 9 as the preliminary period, December 10 as the main festival day, and December 11 as the closing rites. On these days, numerous stalls selling good luck rakes and food line the shrine grounds and approach paths, drawing many visitors seeking fortune who gather until late at night. Note: Traffic restrictions will be in effect around the venue.
