Explore the Belle Époque, France’s 'Beautiful Era' from the late 19th century to the onset of World War I. This period of rapid industrial and technological change transformed daily life and sparked a revolution in the arts, characterized by flowing curves inspired by plants and ornate decorative designs. Large-scale lithograph posters brought vibrant color to city streets.
