A seminar for enthusiasts of fine drinks and fans of Amami and Okinawa, featuring tastings of awamori and brown sugar shochu. Experts Koji Higa (awamori concierge) and Kengo Maekawa (“Sakaya Maekawa” shochu ambassador) will share insights into the history, culture, and unique flavors of these island spirits.
