This event will focus on American wines for the first time, featuring six varieties from California and Oregon, each with different regions and grape varieties. Sommelier Naoki Okajima will guide participants through the characteristics and ways to enjoy each wine. A special dinner, prepared by the Busoan restaurant's chef to pair with the wines, will be served. Enjoy an evening of learning and tasting in a corner of the Busoan garden, surrounded by forest and overlooking the twilight scenery through glass doors.
