On November 8, the final day of the Arakawa and Adachi shopping street collaboration event (held October 31–November 8), the festival at Joyful Minowa in Arakawa will feature activities like painting umbrella skies, live stage performances of pop songs and taiko drumming, a puzzle-solving quiz rally, a kids’ fair, drone flying experience, squishy toy making, a shopkeeper treasure hunt, and the Benten Pond Illumination. Food stalls will also be available. Throughout the event period, visitors can enjoy a multi-stamp rally traveling between shopping streets.
