From October 31 to November 8, shopping streets in Arakawa and Adachi wards will collaborate to host various events. On November 3, the second installment takes place on Seki-San Dori in Adachi, featuring action shows such as the Kaku-mei Hunter Omega Horn & Galactic Police Gavan Infinity Show, a stage performance, umbrella painting workshops, mystery-solving quiz rallies, squishy toy workshops, drone flying experiences, inflatable play areas, a shopkeeper search game, and a children's fair. Throughout the event period, you can also join a stamp rally by visiting different shopping streets.
