The annual festival at the Sakura Environmental Center, Saitama City's waste processing facility. Local community groups and businesses dedicated to environmental protection set up various eco-friendly activity booths, such as crafting with recycled materials. Highlights include a kids’ flea market where elementary and junior high school students act as shop managers, special guided tours of the waste facility, and an autumn wildlife discovery event. A local product fair featuring food and goods from city welfare workshops takes place at the same time.
