On Prefectural and Tokyo Citizen’s Day, many public elementary and junior high schools in the Kanto area are closed, making it a rare chance to enjoy outings without the usual weekend crowds. Exclusive perks are offered for residents, workers, and students of eligible prefectures, including special coupon sheets for participating stores, original novelty gifts, and a point campaign using the official 'PO PAY' app. Enjoy these benefits alongside seasonal events and sales.
