SUMMARY:Oiso Town Local History Museum Special Exhibition: 'Oiso\, the Political Retreat – Politicians Who Gathered in Oiso'
DESCRIPTION:Facing Sagami Bay\, Oiso Town developed into a resort area with its mild climate year-round\, especially since the Meiji era. It became known as a 'political retreat' because eight former prime ministers built residences there. This exhibition focuses on the villas of politicians who helped establish Oiso as a prominent retreat\, introducing related historical materials. Learn about Oiso's mansion culture through this special display.\n\nhttps://www.town.oiso.kanagawa.jp/oisomuseum/kyodoshiryokan/ex/sp_ex/24914.html
