Odakyu Hotel de Yama, situated on the shores of Lake Ashi in Hakone, will offer a special autumn afternoon tea from September 1, 2026, in the lounge on the first floor. In October, a special Halloween-themed menu will be available, featuring imaginative sweets shaped like Halloween characters, such as black macarons and pumpkin raisin sandwiches. A new seasonal drink—the Blue Citronelle Tea, blending two herbal teas and lemon juice for a mystical color-changing effect—will also be available for a limited time. The afternoon tea in September and November features savory brioche pâté sandwiches, tomato and olive danishes, cassis meringue, rich Opera cake, and more autumn-inspired sweets and savories. Afternoon tea is available without reservation for individuals or groups. Price: 4,200 yen per person (tax and service included). Serving hours: 12:00–16:00 (last order). Blue Citronelle Tea: 1,200 yen per glass. Available September 1–November 30, 2026.
