For the first time in the Greater Shinagawa Area, JR East presents a collaborative light installation event spanning three districts. Held at WATERS Takeshiba, TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY, and OIMACHI TRACKS, the event senses visitors' movements and links the three venues, triggering lights and sounds. Each location has a unique concept centered on 'heartbeat': Takeshiba is 'Propagation', Takanawa is 'Initiation', and Oimachi is 'Resonance'. The event runs from November 19, 2026 to January 31, 2027, daily from 5:30pm to 11:05pm (planned), with free admission. All venues include commercial complexes where visitors can enjoy shopping and dining.
