DESCRIPTION:As the biggest event in Kitamoto City and one of the largest Nebuta festivals in the Kanto region\, the Kitamoto Festival 'Evening Celebration' features a lively program. Daytime performances are followed in the evening by the powerful sound of Kitamoto drums\, signaling the start of a parade with around 14 traditional Hiromae-style fan-shaped Nebuta floats and festival music floats. The festival also includes a musical ensemble competition and a mass performance of Nebuta music\, drawing large crowds.
