From November 14 to December 25, 2026, the lobby of the Keio Plaza Hotel in Shinjuku will be transformed into a warm and sophisticated Christmas setting, decorated in dazzling red and gold. The highlight is a five-meter-tall main Christmas tree integrated with a grand chandelier, creating a luxurious atmosphere. This year’s theme is ‘The Christmas Letters by Keio Plaza Hotel.’ Guests who order select Christmas menu items or cakes will receive an original postcard inspired by the new ‘La Poste de la Forêt’ Christmas cake. Guests can write a message to a loved one on the card and post it in a special mailbox, after which it will be delivered from December 14. The special mailboxes are located next to the Christmas tree in the 3rd floor main lobby and beside the Glass Court Super Buffet on the 2nd floor. Postcards are available while supplies last.
