A flea market run by Tokyo Recycle Movement Citizens' Association in Toshima Midori Disaster Prevention Park (IKE•SUNPARK), a park next to Sunshine City in Higashi-Ikebukuro that opened in 2020. Around 100 stalls of secondhand goods and recycled items sit around the park, which has cafes, lawns and a kids' play area. Entry is free and the market is called off in rain.
