Blessed with rich nature and quality agricultural products, Tochigi Prefecture is home to a wide variety of fermented foods such as sake, wine, cheese, miso, soy sauce, natto, and pickles. This event brings together 30 vendors, including 9 first-time participants, to showcase fermented foods and related products from across the region. Experience the appeal of fermentation across genres through opportunities to learn, taste, and enjoy. Fermentation workshops will also be held during the event.
