A workshop at Kawasaki City Nihon Minka-en Folk House Garden, held on the second floor of the Hara House immediately past the main entrance. Participants choose colored thread and weave it around nails hammered into a board to create geometric patterns, producing original mandala-like artworks. Suitable for elementary school students and older (elementary students must be accompanied by a guardian). Advance registration is required through the official Nihon Minka-en website. Each session is limited to 16 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
