This tour invites you to enjoy the seasons of the Agano countryside through sight, sound, and taste. You'll take part in nearly the entire soba noodle-making process, from kneading and rolling the dough to cutting the noodles. For lunch, enjoy your freshly made 'ni-hachi' soba served with tempura made from local vegetables.
