The Tone Canal was designed by Mulder from the Netherlands. Experience Sint Maarten, the Dutch festival said to be the origin of Halloween, at the canal. Make ghost lanterns, plant tulip bulbs, and try on Dutch wooden clogs and costumes—complete all activities to receive a small gift. Advance registration required. Sessions at 10:00, 11:00, 13:00, and 15:00 for up to five participants per session, first-come, first-served. Registration opens on October 11 via the website.
