DESCRIPTION:The Nikko-Shiobara Momiji Panorama Road features a variety of elevations\, so the autumn foliage starts turning at higher altitudes around mid-October. One of the highlights\, Omagari\, located about five minutes by car from the Shiobara entrance\, typically reaches its peak from late October to around November 10. The road\, once a toll route\, is now free of charge\, making it ideal for a scenic drive all the way to Kinugawa while taking in the changing colors. The autumn leaves near the Shirataki Drive-In teahouse at the summit are also especially beautiful from mid-October to early November.\n\nhttp://www.siobara.or.jp/
