Known as the "Eye of Izu," this beautiful gourd-shaped lake has a four-kilometer shoreline. The surrounding Amagi mountain range, reflected on the lake's surface, offers scenic views throughout the year. The autumn foliage is at its best from mid-November to early December. Enjoying the fall colors from a boat on the lake is also recommended.
