Join a hands-on workshop where you'll use bamboo harvested from the maintenance of the Resoru no Mori bamboo grove to bake Baumkuchen over an open fire. Guided by a campfire master, participants will learn how to build a fire and prepare the batter. The cake is made by rotating bamboo over the flames and layering the batter to create beautiful rings. Work together with family or friends and enjoy tasting your freshly baked Baumkuchen on the spot, savoring its warm, toasty flavor and the cozy atmosphere of the campfire.
