The grounds of Chichibu Mitake Shrine are located in Togo Park, a place connected to Admiral Heihachiro Togo in the Okumusashi area. Within the park, you can find relics from the Russo-Japanese War and commemorative items donated later by the Ministry of the Navy, all of which survived the Second World War. In autumn, the maple trees turn a vivid red, with the best viewing period from mid-November to early December. A Maple Festival is planned from November 15 to 30, 2026 (main festival details to be announced).
