Located next to Mibu Highway Park, this large park is easily accessible on foot from the Mibu parking area on the Kita-Kanto Expressway. Visitors can enjoy a variety of features throughout the year, including the Dream Flowerbed, the Dinosaur Park filled with lifelike dinosaur models, and the Ship of Wonders, which offers eight unique hands-on experiences. In autumn, the park's extensive grounds spanning 37.2 hectares are especially beautiful with vibrant maple, ginkgo, and dawn redwood trees. The foliage begins to change color in early November and typically reaches its peak by late November.
