SUMMARY:Autumn Foliage at Setoai Gorge
DESCRIPTION:Setoai Gorge\, located upstream along the Kinugawa River\, is a canyon formed by the erosion of tuff rock. Situated just downstream from Kawamata Dam\, the gorge features dramatic cliffs rising over 100 meters\, stretching for more than two kilometers. Visitors can enjoy stunning views from the old route of Prefectural Road 23. During autumn\, the vibrant reds\, yellows\, and greens of the foliage blend with the white and black rock walls\, creating a breathtaking landscape. Recognized as one of Tochigi Prefecture’s top autumn leaf viewing spots\, it is included in the '100 Scenic Views of Tochigi'.\n\nhttps://www.nikko-kankou.org/spot/58
