The two male and female ginkgo trees standing in the temple grounds are designated cultural properties of Kashiwa City. In late autumn, the entire area is covered with golden leaves, creating a romantic scene. Beautiful autumn colors can also be seen around the Benten Pond with maple trees and more. The best time to view the foliage is usually from late November to early December.
