Next to the park is Kewaizaka Pass\, one of Kamakura’s Seven Passes and a designated national historic site. Within the park\, you'll find a statue of Minamoto no Yoritomo and open plazas. Cherry blossoms bloom in spring\, and vibrant autumn leaves can be enjoyed in fall. There is a hiking trail leading to North Kamakura and the Great Buddha.
