Arc Towers Kinshicho, located at the north exit of JR Kinshicho Station, will be illuminated with approximately 240,000 LED lights over a 500-meter area. The display is themed around the local neighborhoods of Sumida and Kinshicho, creating a community-focused illumination event. The lights will be on every day from November 13, 2026 to January 31, 2027, between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. There is no lighting ceremony.
