This lecture explores consumer food selection by using a virtual reality supermarket. It introduces research methods that analyze how factors like product placement, pricing, labeling, and store layout influence purchasing behavior, based on behavioral data. Participants will also learn about VR applications in consumer behavior and marketing research, gaining a scientific perspective on everyday shopping. Registration and payment are open from September 1 (Tuesday) to November 8 (Sunday).
