As the temperature drops and the winter solstice approaches in December, Hayakawa Town is filled with an abundance of yuzu fruit. Join in harvesting yuzu with the community! You can take home both the yuzu you pick and the homemade yuzu jam as souvenirs. Regular harvesting also helps protect local farmland from wild animals who are attracted by leftover fruit. Support the local community and make delicious yuzu jam together!
