DESCRIPTION:Baisouin Temple holds the 'Nembutsu Chanting and Dharma Talk Gathering' three times a year. In this modern temple designed by Kengo Kuma\, participants chant nembutsu while striking wooden drums\, followed by a Dharma talk from a Buddhist priest. This session's theme is 'Joy Within Joy.' The speaker is Reverend Taisei Wakaomi\, chief priest of Tokugyobo at Zenkoji Temple in Nagano Prefecture. First-time and general participants are welcome\, with advance registration required.
