A community-focused cultural festival held at Tokorozawa Sakura Town and the adjacent Higashi Tokorozawa Park. At the central plaza of Tokorozawa Sakura Town, visitors can enjoy a café kitchen car collaborating with the anime 'Bungo Stray Dogs.' Activities include an outdoor shogi area featuring mini-games using shogi pieces and a stamp rally, student-led workshops and stage performances, and a jazz concert. Higashi Tokorozawa Park features a fair with games such as target shooting and super ball scooping, an anime song Bon dance, and a local autumn festival, offering a variety of cultural experiences for all ages.
