SUMMARY:47th Annual Summer Salt Learning Workshop: Discover the Bounty of the Sea 2026
DESCRIPTION:This year's Summer Salt Learning Workshop invites participants to explore how ingredients from the sea\, used in cooking\, appear in their natural state. Starting with around 60 different dishes\, attendees will uncover which marine products are hidden in each meal and trace their origins by examining seaweed and fish specimens and models. The program also includes learning about different types of salt\, such as rock and lake salt\, and investigating which kinds of seawater they come from using an explanatory device.
