The city's largest event aims to strengthen ties between local industries and the community under the theme 'Expanding the Circle of Citizens.' Highlights include direct sales of specialty products from Kokubunji's sister cities Sado and Iiyama, handmade food stalls by residents, a parade, stage performances, and more.
