Around Chiba New Town Central Station, approximately 400,000 lights will create a dazzling illumination display. Marking the 30th anniversary of Inzai's city status, this year's event expresses gratitude for the past three decades and looks ahead to the future. Highlights include illuminated zelkova tree-lined streets, a symbolic tree, the popular Inzai-kun sculpture, and special decorations to celebrate the anniversary. On Saturday, November 14, there will be stage performances from 3:00 PM and a lighting ceremony at 4:50 PM, along with food trucks and a market where visitors can enjoy gourmet food and shopping amid the lights. Additional events organized by private businesses will be held throughout the illumination period. For event dates and details, please check the city’s official website.
