DESCRIPTION:This event is a joint program with the Kisport Foundation as part of the Minato Community University series. The two-session course covers 'Water Management: Draining\, Storing\, and Preparing' in the first session\, and 'Understanding Local Ground Conditions' in the second. The lectures aim to teach participants about the mechanisms of floods and ground disasters\, helping them gain useful knowledge for emergencies.
