People of all backgrounds—including not only individuals, but also mascot characters and heroes from anime and games—come together to showcase their unique moonwalk moves at this competition. In the past, well-known performers such as the comedian Koume Dayu and professional dancer Hitoride Dekirumon have taken part, drawing media attention. This year, the event is once again being held to support local revitalization and development.
